DEP2A [DBM2013] CHAPTER 2 - DIFFERENTIATION

Hello everyone.Today I want to share you what we have learned in the engineering mathematis class on the last day.Based on the chapter differentation, there are two title that we have learned that is derivatives of logarithmic function and derivatives of trigonometric function.Let me explain about derivatives of logarithmic function first. For knowledge, derivatives of logarithmic function are mainly based on the chain rule. However,we can generalize it for any differentiable function with a logarithmic function.Derivatives of trigonometric function is the mathematical process of finding the derivative of a trigonometric function.Common trigonometric functions include sin(x),cos(x),and tan(x).Based on the completion of exercise in the book,we admit that this chapter has a easy and difficult question. But,with help of Puan Suhana teachings and our friends can solve it despite difficulties.
For conclusion, sharing knowledge is a good act.Even you didn’t understand it you must try it until you get it.So, thats all for me and loges for this blog.I hope you enjoy it.Thank you.

DEP2A [DBM2013] CHAPTER 3 - INDEFINITE INTEGRALS

Attachments5:39 PM (0 minutes ago)

INDEFINITE INTEGRAL
Integration is the process of finding anti-derivative and it is a reverse process of differentation. It is one of the important topics in area of calculus.

There are two types of integration:
i) Indefinite integral
1. The limit of integration are not determined.
2. After integrate, need to add constant C.
ii) Definite integral
1. The limit of integration is determined.
2. After integrate, the final answer should have known value.

DEP2A [DBM2013] CHAPTER 2 - DIFFERENTIATION (PART 5)

Hi everyone . I want to tell you about what we learned in the mathematical engineering class on last day . We have learned about topic of maximum and minimum at chapter 2 . Nurmiza , Ain Nabilla and I was voluntarily to teach that topic to all my friends in the classroom. In engineering mathematic , stationary point is a point on a curve where the gradient is zero . There are 3 types of stationary point which so called as maximum point , minimum point and the inflection point . How to solve the the equation ? We teach to all my friends the step to solve the equation based on exercise book . We must solve the equation to find dy/dx . Then, we let the dy/dx=0 to find x . Next , we find the stationary point with the equation . When, we get the stationary point , we must find th d²y/dx². When d²y/dx² > 0 , then the stationary point is minimum . When d²y/dx² < 0 , the stationary point is maximum . When d²y/dx² = 0 , the stationary point is point of inflection . We must know all the step to solve the equation to get the maximum , minimum and inflection point . This topic was easy when we understand the step and focus in the classroom . That's all can i share for this blog and i hope you alls enjoy . Thank you!

DEP2A [DBM2013] CHAPTER 2 - DIFFERENTIATION (PART 3)

Today I want to tell you what we have learned in the mathematical engineering class. We have learned on a new sub topic on chapter 2. The new sub topic was Derivatives Of Inverse Trigonometric Function.

To be honest, this topic is very difficult and confusing but we need to make a lot of exercise so we can easily understand what we have learned. From what we learn , there are several formula that we need to remember in order to make a  differentiation.  After the lecture finished teaching, we volunteer teach the other friends in the class.

We need to present infront of the class and explain every little bit of how to solve the problem.  From this way, we get to know more how to solve the question in the book easily and understand the problem if the question is in the final examination. Thank you we said to our lecturer, Puan Munirah for teaching us. Without her teaching we will not get new knowledge. I thinks that all from me that I can share.

DEP2A (DBM2013) CHAPTER 2 - DIFFERENTIATION

Today I want to tell you what we have learned in the mathematical engineering class on the last day. we have embarked on a new chapter, chapter 2 differentiation. what is the differentiation? Differentiation is a technique which can be used for analyzing the way in which functions change. In this chapter, there have many of rules of differentiation which is constant rule, power rule, constant multiple rule, and sum and difference rule.

To be honest, this topic is very difficult and confusing but we need to make a lot of exercise so we can easily understand what we have learned. After completing all the exercise given in the book, we will voluntarily teach other friends in the classroom. this can further enhance our knowledge of this topic. the knowledge that we get, we share it together.

Thank you to our beloved lecturer, Puan Munirah, who is a good for teaching us to understand this topic. without her, we can't do as well. Mathematic is not about number, equations, differentiation, algorithms. It is about understanding. so Thats all for me and Fatin for this blog. hope you enjoy. Thank you.
